"My favorite dishes I've had at B3 are the chicken and waffles and the chicken French toast. The waffles are savory with bourbon maple syrup, and all pair together perfectly. The French toast has interesting ingredients like sour cream and pickled cabbage. Plus it's drizzled with tabasco honey to give it a kick. Do yourself a favor and give it a try!! The reason I give 4 stars is because some menu items I've had have been slightly underwhelming. I recently got the breakfast burrito, which was gigantic, but didn't have much flavor. The smoked salmon omlette was also pretty one note. You can always count on huge portions, but stick to what they do best. The service is prompt and friendly, plus decent selection of breakfast cocktails and beers."
