"Went there for brunch, waited 5-10 mins to be seated, about 10 mins to be offered a drink, another 10 to be served drink and order taken. About 3 or 4 people who ordered after us got their food first. After 45mins I asked if our food would be much longer (as we were ready to walk out) and was told it was just being plated. In the meantime another table walked out as they were fed up of waiting for service- the waitress didn't even apologize to them. After 55mins since we ordered our food arrived, no apology. Only ordered pancakes for kids, eggs Benny and steak, should not have taken that long. We rarely eat out, should have been a treat but instead was a chore. Will go to shades next time."
