"Apparently, if you are not a local, you will not be served. I sat for 15 minutes and wondered how long it would take to notice as there were only about 10 people in the whole place. I've never been recognized. A guy goes in and they welcome him and take him a water and menu. The server girl goes past me without saying. Two women go in and the bartender jokes with them and get them a menu immediately. I don't want to say I left."

"I would eat in the amber with my daughter and others several times in the week. we all loved eating, not just having breakfast. I don’t know what the bad reviews expected to find there, but if they compare them with other American food sites in slc, there was no comparison (dee’s, olympian, anna’s, coachmans etc). drove to today and saw that they closed their doors after years. I wanted to cry. admitted, I haven't been there for a few months since my daughter doesn't really take a lunch hour at her new job, but I'll miss going there. "My husband and I eat here all the time and yesterday was the worst experience I've ever had. Customer service was not existent the food I ordered was cold or had been sitting on the roll all day and partly saw prehistoric. We always spend a ton of money here, so I was really sad to see that we don't care."
