"I wish I could give zero stars. The management at this place is terrible. They have left off my coleslaw the Last 5 times I have driven thru. I asked the GM to have someone drive the 2 miles to my house to bring it and they said absolutely not. This place is so disorganized, it's terrible. Never go there again. The GM doesn't care about customer s at all. Just their paycheck. Popeyes is managed so much better"

"Today we ordered food for breakfast. We drove from 45 minutes just to wait in line to find out that they had NO biscuit sandwiches at all. There were no signs that mention the big breakfast shortage, so we stuck in the line. You told us in the order box, but until then you are already firm. The cookies are their main feature for breakfast. Please set signs so that people cannot wait their time and then cannot order. Chic Fil A is usually really great at things, but that was badly treated. Please do better. 6 very hungry people!"

"They say they cook baked chicken from 11 AM to 2 PM, but when you go at 12 they are out. Every single time I come here they are out. Clearly if something sells like the baked chicken sells they need to make it all the time. If you cannot keep it made ready don’t offer it."

"I placed an order on the app that was suppose to be ready at 5:31pm. I didn?t receive the order until 6:15 and I arrived at 5:37 to pick it up. They said it was because they were waiting on fries. Bull?. The person that took my order Amanda also made thedrinks one was the white chocolate raspberry shake. And she gave me vanilla. So I asked her to remake it. And with and attitudeshe did. And because she remade it I took it for granted it was right??wrong I drive all the way home to find out it was vanillaagain. So I came back to the store and told Amanda it was wrong again and she started to argue with me about it. And I had toget the manager involved to help with getting me the right shake. And when Amanda handed it back to me she said see all the red(all over the outside of the cup) it?s raspberry. I will never go back to this store again!!!"

"The staff listen well when orders are placed and because they exercise proactive listening, you don't have to repeat yourself which can cause aggravation. The food each time I've ordered at this location was prepared well, never over fried or cold. Today I tried the tiny tacos for the first time. They for me were unfortunately not good and the avocado/lime sauce I was told would be soooo good, wasn't!!! Now considering how many things on the menue are actually pretty good like the chicken strips; I am giving Jack a hall pass..."

"First timer at this place. I'm here in Texas to visit my daughter who is stationed in ft. hood. I have eaten green tomatoes. I finally found a place that has it, they were fabulous! the whole experience was top-notch. from the hostess to the waitress to the chefs and the food. everything was exceptionally wonderful. my steak was boiled to perfection, which was frightened on the ground, and I'm telling you something else, I've also eaten an salad and ordered a simple house salad. this salat was huge, practically a meal in itself and talk about fresh products and real blue cheese, with pieces. I recommend this place very much."
