"My husband and I live in Coal Harbour and love coming to Lift. We look for 3 things in a restuarant, beautiful view (preferably on the water/water view), delicious food, and kind service. We are also introverted HSPs and really enjoy quiet. While there is no shortage of restaurants in Coal Harbour, Lift is always the most serene..never noisy and the food is always consistently great (super HSP friendly). Plus the view....we love the downstairs terrace along the window ledge where you feel like you are floating on the water. We love the tempura prawns and we usually have the maple hill chicken supreme, which is to die for (think thanksgiving meal but better). Their cocktails are also fantastic. My mom (who is the happy hour queen) also raves about the happy hour prices. We had lunch there today and were served by Brett, who was so lovely and welcoming. We've probably eaten here 25 times now and we've never been disappointed. We will be back again!"
