"Ordered frits, a pad Thai scarf and tacos, all vegan. And it filled with a delicious vegan caesar drink. I loved everything and was very impressed with her plant-based menu. I recommend this place for vegans, just make sure that the items in the menu have the 'V' next to them. The service was also amazing, 10/10."

"So we went to this place on the way going further, we were really hungry and earlier had food from guac mexi another location. Honestly this location service was not good at all. I had to ask the server to please add this, please a little more. Felt like I had to beg for something. Every quantity added whether nachos or topping was so less. My burrito had guac at the end. Like seriously I couldn’t taste it till the end. Preparation was really bad."

"I have not been to a Montana's in quite a few years. The last one I dined at was down by the Airport in Toronto and it was pretty bad so I've just stayed away from them. The a colleague suggested the new location on Cundles in Barrie. A nice friendly greeting, outstanding service, and if you're looking for a good burger, you have to try their "Firecracker Burger." This was truly an exceptional burger (I know, I said burger 3 times). Well worth the 15 bucks...trust me on that! The only snag to the visit was that there was no one around to see us off....very minor. I wish all good things to this new location and you can bet that I will be back!"

"About the pandemic I ordered quite a lot from Jack's as my son likes the children's burgers. Every time I have ordered (directly eaten by them or Uber) something was wrong or did not taste up to a normal standard. I command when my son... loved the burger every time, so it wasn't a big deal I couldn't let go and I'm not one to complain. In November for a birthday I ordered from them, went to pick it up and I ordered early a day and when I picked it up, it was not ready for computer problems, so I wait for 20 minutes and then they forgot a meal. And they seemed upset. Instead of waiting, I just got her to take it, so was a person without a meal. They took it off and that was it. I'm sorry you're waiting or not doing it right. But I didn't say anything or made a big deal. Two days ago I ordered from Uber because we have all COVID and are not allowed to leave the house. My son said his burger tastes delicious and I saw what he had eaten because he usually has no complaints. It was raw in the middle... a children's castle should make sure it was cooked. Not only is he sick that he might get worse with food poisoning. I called the store and was told because there is nothing they can do from Uber, but they will mention it in the kitchen. You cooked it. It's all your fault Uber doesn't eat. If it was a delivery problem, I could understand. No offer of I make you a new meal, gift card.. I'm so sorry that only one pass happened. And Uber eats all they do is cover one meal. That's good for her not his edition. I'm disgusting how this was handled. And that was my last straw. I know they don't care that I'll never come back, but others should be made aware that children's meals don't care that they're going through and that's potentially dangerous. I also work in a restaurant and that would never happen or be treated like that. Customer service in this place has the hill and the same with the quality of food."

"The food is always delicious and the staff very friendly despite a very busy night. Location is great too near the theatre and shops. Nice they honour CAA members with off food and in the summer the patio is very nice too"

"Much like many places in Barrie, they offer something on their menu that's amazing, and you go back a few months later, and poof! gone!Otherwise, their quality is good, staff is friendly, and price is reasonable. I had their pot roast last time I went and it was very comforting :)"

"The server was so friendly and chill. He recommended a few dishes which we loved as it was our first time there. The tacos were good and tortillas freshly made, but the winner for us was the burrito with housemade habanero oil. Probably one of the best burritos I’ve ever had. Makes the bigger Mexican chains pale in comparison!"
