"I normally love Astro burgers. Tonight I went in for 3 shakes and a large fry. I ordered two Oreo/strawberry shakes and one Oreo. The Oreo shake was great but the other two shakes were complete liquid and foam (almost water consistency).They were handed to me In the drive through and almost spilled when they were handed to me they were so liquid. I drive around and went back into the store. The employee that handed me the liquid shakes was already talking to another co worker and laughing as I walked in. I commented that the shakes were not shakes and that something had happened as the Oreo shake was fine but these were not. The employee turned her back on us and started talking to another employee in Spanish. She didn’t know we spoke Spanish. As we were getting a refund the manager asked the original employee (in Spanish) if we wanted new ones. She refused to remake them and told him no. She told HIM (not us)that when they mix the strawberry and Orem the shakes get like this. She never told me this and seemed mad like we had gotten what we deserved for ordering this shake. Another employee was there eating and made a big show of tipping her for the amazing milk shake they had made for him which only made it more uncomfortable. The employee that processed the refund acted like we had offended her personally and barely spoke to us. The food issue I totally get…it happens. The unbelievable rudeness was shocking. Just because Spanish is not my native language doesn’t mean I don’t know what your saying in Spanish. I was just a customer who wanted a shake."

"If I could leave no stars I would. No wonder this place looks like it’s not busy, it isn’t. The inside is disgusting! The place is run down, as majority of the seats are torn up. Dried ketchup is all over the place and you can tell it’s been there for weeks. The restaurant has a sign up asking patrons to be patient with them due to shortages… if you can’t clean up the drink station or tables, or your restrooms, close the dining room down and do drive through only. My hamburger wasn’t even cooked, it was bright pink. When I brought it to their attention, the girl was mortified that the cook passed off the hamburger that way. The lady running the grill was irritated that I wanted a cooked hamburger and not food poisoning. From other reviews this seems to be a common thing, which leads me to believe if they have no problem doing that, what other food borne illnesses or contamination is going on there. Looks like the Health Department needs to make a visit. I will not be returning to this location and would advise anyone else thinking to visit here to do the same or until there is some care taken to the way food is prepped and served."

"Purchased 4 bacon ranch burgers. Went ALL THE WAY HOME! Discovered that I got 4 deluxe burgers instead. Went to return them, they refused to remake, only wanted to give me bacon, that's not the only thing that makes this burger special, and refused to refund my money. "This place will not accommodate children. They've gone out of their way to do that. They only have tall barstools (no backs) with tall tables, no kids menu, not boosters or high chairs. You can buy chicken tenders and fries separate, but that's it. You'd think they'd have the minimal accommodations, but no. I'm sure their food is delicious, but for a restaurant that's next to the Aquarium, you'd think they'd have put a little thought into this. The man I spoke with at the front was at least very nice."
