"Went to Casa Mariachi to celebrate my father who had passed away a few weeks prior. Mexican food was his favorite and this place comes as close as can be to a place we used to go to all the time back in California. We were seated right away. Chips and salsa are great and we love that they add the beans with it. Chips are nice and warm. I had a strawberry margarita which was good but felt a little weak and didn't come in a traditional glass. Nothing major. My wife got the chicken taquitos which she loves. Extra crispy and nicely seasoned chicken inside. I asked the server what was there signature dish and he pointed me towards the Molcajete(also one of the most expensive things on the menu so I don't know if he was just trying to up the bill or not) This thing is huge! It comes in a giant clay pot and has strips of grilled chicken and steak on it and vegetables and chorizo underneath. Rice and beans on the side with tortillas to make a little wrap with it. Really good flavor but the meat was so thin. Overall really good experience."

"I ordered through Uber Eats and over an hour went by but there still wasn't a driver assigned to pick up my order. I couldn't cancel through Uber so I called the store to ask them to cancel it. They said they would try but if the driver showed up remake my order. Shortly after my order was delivered and the food was fresh and hot."

"Everything was amazing! The salad was so fresh. Both entrees we ordered were fabulous. We had the short braised ribs and salmon and ended dinner with the red velvet cake which was to die for!"

"Let me say this first, the owner and her husband are amazing people. The food on the other hand has progressively gotten worse. You can’t go wrong with the mango habanero Buffalo chicken fries. The wings here are not good. I’ve complained once already. The wings are undercooked every time and I mean every time! The wings are so undercooked as you can see pictured and there’s more seasoning on the container than on the wings. Complete trash. Pickle fries are so undercooked that they taste like flower. Bought a meal for my family and trashed everything but the Buffalo fries that were also soggy and undercooked. Waste of money and so disappointing. This happens every time I come here which isn’t much anymore. The kitchen staff needs training."

"First walking in, the atmosphere was a mix between nice restaurant and brunch bar; blended nicely. The hostess immediately met us, but with no smile and seemed very put off that she was even working. We were set in the bar and immediately recieved glasses of water and told someone would be with us shortly. Our waitress/bartender arrived shortly after with a smile and hospitality. Our drinks were works of art and the flavor showed the artisan craftsmanship that comes with unique cocktails. The level of noise and ambience was mixed well, and soon after our appetizer arrived. We got the Ahi Tuna. The plating of this appetizer was pleasant and artistic. When each element of the appitizers was placed together at once upon your taste buds it took you into a five star mentality. Your forgot you were downtown Parker. Well done. It did take a while for a food to come out, and we observed others who were sat after us recieve their food before. Once our food came our we took our time tasting the different flavors (or lack there of) Cuban sandwich thr bread had an amazing toast and crips as you bit into it. The bread on the inside was a flavorful softness that accented the Smoky and delightful flavors of the sandwich content. Would highly recommend it, and will even return for it. The tacos...get past the beautiful visuals and you are left 100% opposite of the Cuban sandwich. Very bland, no flavors, and would make anyone feel as if they had stepped Into a two dimensional black and white TV show. If the meat from the Cuban was used in the tacos....then we would be having a different conversation. Overall 4 stars. We would return, and look forward to trying different flavors; just need an upgrade to your tacos, or take them off the menu all together."

"Had a great customer service experience yesterday. They were super busy in the drive thru so I dined in. There was a young dark haired girl who looked to be running the whole front of the store by herself! Despite being visibly stressed from running everytbing she still greeted me with a smile and truly improved my Freddy?s experience. I later found out her name was Sasha, great job keep it up! Freddy?s take notice, this girl is the perfect cover for how a Freddy?s employee should be."
