"I'm been a fan of Bugsys for 30 years, i stay a fan due to the wings and beer selection, both are St Catharines finest and believe me i give every challenger a fair shot. The service lately has dropped off huge. The place is popular for a reason, food takes 30-45 minutes, please offer a second drink, please ask if i need anything else, just ask!The newer girls are friendly enough but not very good, if i go up to ask for something that you have not offered, give it to me, don't say , i'll bring it right over while i wait for you, i'm ovbviously annoyed already. Maybe the owners need to expand to a second location as they have a winning food/alcohol combo."

"Ordered the chicken fried chicken and Asian curry bowl.The Asian curry lacked taste, lacked spice was very underwhelming.The Chicken fried chicken, crust and chicken itself were tasty, but tiny in size. The veg and gravy were bland."

"I was going to rate this 3 of 5, but that 's average and this visit was below average. Arrived 5 till 8pm It was 15 minutes just to be acknowledged and get waters. Then my wife didn 't get a water, she got a mixed drink, peach schnapps and soda water at the least. Later we overheard a complaint about a missing mixed drink involving the above. Anyway, plenty of time in this first 15 to 20 minutes to get to our table and take our order. Finally our order was taken after about 30 minutes. All during this time we watched the 3 ladies in the establishment schmooze some regulars, one waited on her own child, they performed many other tasks such as restocking and ringing up other patrons. Finally one came over and asked if we had been waited on and when we said no, took our order and then proceeded back to the register to scold the one ringing people up for not waiting on us. I guess we were supposed to be her table. All during this time we kept hearing how crazy a night it was. You couldn 't prove it by what I observed. Orders taken, we waited at least another 30 minutes for our order to come out. My wife 's burger was good for her, but I told them my Dragon burger didn 't live up to the description of the menu. Onion, cheddar, and jalapenos in the meat, topped with mushrooms, fried jalapenos, bacon and mozzarella. If there was jalapeno in it, there was no heat. I also drew attention to the lack of mushroom, bacon, jalapeno and mozzarella on top. The wait staff pointed to a tiny mushroom piece and ground paste like mixture on top and claimed that was the missing ingredients. I was told that was how they came. I expected whole pieces of jalapeno, bacon and mushrooms and obvious mozzarella. If what they said was true the description is misleading. Either way, between the extended service times, the mixed drink mistake, and the burger not meeting expectations, it was a very unsatisfying visit. All I ever heard was "it was a crazy night. No effort to make any of it right or apologize was ever made. I pass through this area at least once a year, and that visit was a mistake I will not repeat. If you are the owner of this establishment and read these reviews it was the night of July 17th after 8:00 p.m. and you can look to see what three ladies were running the front of the house. I personally do not care I am compensated in any way for this, but if I was the owner I would want to know these shenanigans took place in my establishment and ruined a customer 's visit."

"First come to eager beaver, but don't define my last. When I called, I was told it would be 90 minutes. that is not a control over the great staff there, but a sign of very good eating that so many people have already discovered. 2 orders of 2 pieces fish and chips ordered and it was very good and very fillable. they have a new customer who will often be back. keep them the great work each"
