"Attended the Summerlicious Lunch at Cactus First Canadian Place. Great atmosphere, service and Rob's Crispy Chicken Sandwich.... A MUST TRY! The sandwich was extremely tasty/ simply delicious. Even when you're not hungry, you will want to finish the sandwich! We had ordered the Brazillian drink (It tasted like mojitos, opt out Rum if you don't want alcohol), the drink was very refreshing!! We had seafood ceviche as the appetizer, Rob's Crispy Chicken Sandwich as the main course followed by desserts (Key Lime Pie or Chocolate moose). The food is also available on their regular menu. Highly recommend you to give them a try. P.S. If you're a tuna/or seafood lover, their Tuna Stack appetizer is also a MUST TRY!! Photos attached. Enjoy your meal! "We had reservations for 2 people on a Saturday night at 8:30. There was a special on to celebrate their 25th anniversary a 3 course meal for 25.00. We had been there before and it was good, so decided to give it a try. We were met by an older man who we think is the owner. He was grumpy and not very courteous and despite the fact that the restaurant was virtually empty, he seated us in the back corner, near the kitchen. There were piles of dirty dishes at a table clearly visible to everyone. We received our menus, but there was no cutlery, no serviettes and we waited. And we waited. There was a young woman serving, the older man who sat us and a young man who we thought was the bartender but turned out to be our server. We waited at least 15 minutes before he came to take our drink order and remember the restaurant was at most 1/4 full. He brought our drinks in a reasonable time, and then brought our table setting and some bread two buns that were significantly under cooked. He then took our order. By the way, he was friendly enough. I ordered from the prearranged menu, my partner ordered al a carte. I asked for the Caesar salad and was asked if I still wanted the romaine lettuce. I gather that they are just about the only establishment still using romaine in all of North America. I decided on the green salad. My partner ordered the fried calamari. The dressing on my salad was good enough, but it consisted of a spinach base with shredded cabbage and carrots. The calamari was obviously reheated and rubbery. Bits of deep fried salmon and one solitary French fry was among the rings. For main course I had the salmon stuffed with cheese and spinach, cooked vegetables and basmati rice. All but the rice was fairly good, the vegetables well cooked without being over done. The salmon was well cooked. My partner had the barbecued chicken salad which was okay. Nothing to brag about. The problem was with the service. It took at least 30 minutes for the server to take the order and although it was delivered in a timely fashion (the appetizers too fast to have been prepared specifically for us) it took forever to remove the plates. Then I waited for my dessert order to be taken. We sat with our half finished plates for about 1/2 hour until out of frustration I had to call the server over. The same had to happen to receive the bill. This was the worst service I have ever had in any restaurant anywhere in the world I have eaten!"

"Great place to eat and a great atmosphere. Tonight the waitress was very welcoming and had a good sense of humor and very courteous staff. The food was great, and part are amazing for the price. In any case, a place would come back. The hot spinach and cheese dip is so good!! Pictures: Chicken Parmesan, and Penne Carbonara (without bacon)"

"Awesome food! I was a little nervous at first because nothing was labeled on the menu but I felt comfortable after speaking with the staff before ordering. All the chicken is naturally fried in gluten free flour but make sure you ask for a gluten free waffle."

"I went to this place 2 times. Pre-Covid and during Covid when the patios were allowed to open. The food was good as usual although the service and the staff was less friendly in the second time. Prices are a bit high than your usual...brunch spot"

"We booked a reservation for a late dinner as we weren't arriving to the resort until late. The server seemed annoyed with us as soon as we sat down. He seemed further frustrated when we ordered, as we didn't order appetizers he tried to push on us. When our meals were served, the server stood a few feet away from our table and stared us down, making us feel uncomfortable and rushed to finish our meals. It was obvious that he just wanted to get out of there. This was really unfortunate since it was our anniversary weekend and we were hoping for a nice dinner."

"We went for drinks that were pretty and really tasted good! their paper straws were however quite useless and broke into themselves within 5 minutes. our server, acadia, was amazing and super sweet and attentive. also got the cream brim cheesecake for dessert, which was perfect for the exchange between two people!"
