"Who doesn?t love fried chicken? And Popeyes recipe is great! I do not like to give poor reviews. Especially one star reviews. But this location consistently has issues, and poorly managed, yet I still come frequently as it is convenient when leaving my office late. But this may discontinue as the frustration builds with each visit. First, there hours say they?re open until 10, but they stop making chicken around 9:00 (which often is as early ad 8:30 even locking the doors at this point. The chicken at this location though still edible, is clearly prepared in advance and under what I assume is heat lamps for a long time and or overcooked. The sides are constantly overcooked and more of a mush than than the food you intended to order. Lastly, I like to order through apps or online with most restaurants.. it?s disappointing that we can?t order Ala Carte chicken.. but more than that, the only way to get some items late is through the app as they will tell you they stopped making that item early through the drive thru or counter.. once you do get to the restaurant more than 50% of the time you will be directed to wait. Usually more than 20 minutes, has been as long as 45 at this restaurant.. no apology, no discount, no anything for the wait.. too bad Popeyes can be a much better experience than this (and I?m still talking fast food expectations)"

"Loved trying this as we were new to the area! We had decided to try this place, and we did not regret it whatsoever! First off, the vegetarian dog was scrumptious with the corn bread on the outside. The cheese stick-dog style was amazing as well. With different choices of cheese and served with fry sauce, it was delicious. Our person at the window/speaker/cook was Jilly Bean. Hands down, most amazing customer service skills, she deserves a raise or some kind of bonus. If you're having a bad day and you're hungry, she will brighten it right up! Keep it up and promote/reward Jilly Bean!! P.S the funnel cake fries are to die for, get both chocolate and raspberry syrup. Tart and sweet with them, amazing combination. ?Vegetarian options: Veggie dogs, cheese sticks, funnel fries."

"This is the only Arby I'm gonna eat now. You have the freshest food and ALL the staff are very nice and always ready to be particularly helpful. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. My mother comes to this place every day during the week, for lunch and she gets a salad with Honey Mustard Dressing. "
