"Indian Monsoon offers some great Indian food in downtown Durham. Everything we had was absolutely delicious. The coconut pumpkin curry was delightful, if a little sweet. The spicy mango shrimp curry was also wonderful, but didn't have much spice despite ordering it extra spicy. The drinks are also wonderful, and I'd highly recommend the GOC margarita. With that said, the drinks are definitely light on alcohol, and I think could be prepared much more generously. Additionally,the cheapest entrees are $14 and easily go above $20 if you order one with meat. Overall, Indian Monsoon has delicious food and drink, but doesn't quite justify it's high prices, especially considering other Indian restaurants all over theDurham and Triangle area."
