"On my first visit, the early bird menu served until 7 pm was very good. When I revisited early December, I was advised, very bruskly, that the menu was not available in December, though I had checked the web page that day and it was still advertised as being available (they have changed it now). I pointed out they had entered a contract (by offering and my acceptance), and were therefore in breach, but the manager simply coarsely swore at me. I can not complete the rest of the review, as I don't feel it is fair to review on the basis of the first visit. I didn't have the opportunity then to progress with their head office, but it has soured my memory of the first visit. I won't go there again."

"It's popularity speaks volumes. Excellent take away. The onion bhagis were huge and very tasty. Cheesy garlic naan spot on. The chicken Tikka Madras was also very tasty and a good size portion. Will be definitely back. Food: 5 Service: 5"

"We came across this by accident when visiting Gargrave and are so please we did. The food was excellent, very tasty without being too overpowering. We sat outside as we had the dog with us (they don't accept dogs inside which is totally understandable but it was a lovely warm evening anyway so that was not a problem at all. The staff were very friendly and the food arrived quickly and was really hot (temperature hot not spicy hot! . The portion sizes were very good, we even took some home with us as there was far too much to eat in one go. Excellent value for money. We would highly recommend this restaurant and, when next in the area, we will not hesitate to visit here again."

"Went with a group, but seem that they didn't care about us. However, a lot of interaction with us and locals are very friendly. The food was ok, not the best. I've had chips, not so good curry sauce with tiki grill, everyone else seemed to enjoy if you want beer or wine take your own as its a dry house this might be why they were not so interested in us who knows. Price per person: £20–30"

"We have been staying in the village and have spent the last 3 evenings having a quiet drink in this pub .....really friendly owners.....exceptionally dog friendly water and treats for our little dog).....lovely ambience....Great music playlist....we also had a nice meal on the Saturday night...nothing fancy, scampi chips and peas...but hot and tasty.... there was nothing veggie on the menu....but they were more than happy to make my partner a veggie meal .....the log burner in the corner made it toasty warm and welcoming....would recommend to anyone"

"Ordered online via their website, and received my acknowledgment email saying delivery within 40 minutes. 1 hour later no sign of a delivery so called Gulshan. Was told that no order had been received and I should ‘check’ whether we’d placed an order. Explained that I’d received their acknowledgment email etc etc etc to be told that ‘it hasn’t been received’ then silence. No offer to sort the problem out (never mind an apology) so they expect me to re-order or whatever. Stuff that, I won’t be going there again."
