"The food was good, but the service wasn’t. Placed an order today and was told the chicken wouldn’t be ready for 40-60 minutes. I said that’s okay I can wait, I needed to get some groceries anyway, so placed my order and arrived back exactly 50 minutes later. Upon arriving the employee apologized and said it would be another 20-30 minutes. I was a bit annoyed but I understood sometimes these things happen so I waited in the parking lot and watched some videos until 25 minutes had passed. This time after going in I was told it would be another 40 minute wait. Finally after waiting 2 hours I received my food. I understand things come up, and I understand that food takes time to cook, what I don’t understand is how anything causes 40 minutes to turn into 2 hours when waiting for food. I can say with certainty I will not be returning to this location again.oh yeah, they also forgot the cornbread"

"These are decent hamburgers. There are a variety of burger styles and flavors. Most are around the $8-$10 brand price. You will assume to receive unlimited frits with any burger. A bit pricy for the amount of meat on every burger, but I guess you pay for the unlimited fries and gourmet toppings. Service is a hit or miss, but usually they are very friendly and attentive. This is a great place for children as it is very loud and they have a person running around in a red Robin costume. It's always full of families."

"Food was mediocre, at best. Other reviewers seemed to love their meals but we were pretty disappointed.The fish tacos tasted just flat out bad, not worth $20. Very obviously frozen fish used in the meal and there wasn't even an attempt to hide it. Terrible quality.The pollo burrito was decent but the rice was old. You could taste that it clearly wasn't fresh, probably not even made the same day.The paloma cocktail was $22 and tasted like pure tequila, very poorly mixed.Redeeming factors were the wait staff and environment, in a busy airport it was a quick bite and friendly face."
