"Pizza Roma has been a long-time favorite of mine. Food is always fantastic! My most recent order, I called in, was placed on hold for about 5 minutes and then was disconnected from the call. I called back, was placed on hold for 5 more minutes and then was helped. I understand being understaffed/having a large influx of orders. I have no problem holding but the initial disconnection was a bit strange. Doesn’t skew my view of the place. The food is worth the wait!"

"We ordered takeout so I can’t speak to anything beyond that but overall the experience was good! Reasonable prices, everyone was friendly, both when ordering and picking up, and everything was ready on time! When picking up there was plenty of parking in the large lot by their building. We ordered a meat lovers pizza, wings, and boneless wings! The pizza was just okay, my husband ate some of it but as excited as I was for it I just couldn’t get into it- I think it was just a bit overcooked and maybe some of the ingredients just weren’t for me. I’d be curious to try some of their other pizzas in the future for sure! It wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t especially good. I was surprised by the side sauce that came with our wings, usually you see blue cheese or ranch but this was sort of a whipped sour cream mixture, which again wasn’t necessarily bad it just wasn’t for me personally. Those things aside, I’d love to wrap up with the fact that their wings are the best wings, THE BEST WINGS, I have ever had- and we’re from Buffalo! They were literally perfect. The right amount of crispy, right amount of juicy, right amount of sauce… I am still drooling over those wings and can’t wait to go back for more. We’ll be back again for sure and I look forward to trying out some different options! Every dish won’t be for every person no matter where you go but Mayfield Grill is absolutely worth a visit!"
