"Exelente cadena snak y cerbeza pero en especial esta sucurzal de alfredo del mazo en la plaza madero es un asco no cuentan con el espacio suficiente no cuentan con sanitarios propios tienes que salir a utilizar los de plaza que por lo general estan asquerosos, el tiempo de espera para una mesa es demaciado largo ya que ingresas te demoran tu pedido hasta por media hora esto en mi opinion es por falta de personal o de personal capacitado en especial la cadena deberia de tomar cartas en el asunto, ya que la gerente carese de toda preparacion y desconoce de como se debe de administrar y dirigir este tipo de negocios es despota prepotente y se pone a gritarles e insultar a sus empleados al intentar hablar con ella del pesimo servicio que brinda te demora mas tu pedido y se pasea enfrente de ti sin escuchar lo que le tienes que decir."
