"From the time we went to the door, geeted by Sandy Fan, until we very satisfied with our lunch that left us on our next visit, this was a good experience! Unfortunately, I didn't make any pictures until our main courses arrived, so you don't see a picture of our soups or vegetable rolls. Both were wonderful. There were 3 of us, so we tried each of the soups offered: seven, egg drops and hot and sour. My favourite (as I ordered) was the egg drop soup. It was so good. So obviously they use fresh ingredients in this restaurant. It had celery, carrot, green onion and egg in the hearty broth. The vegetable roll was very good, not greasy. And the sauces they bring to dip them into sweet and acidic, spicy garlic and hot mustard, they make them so that they are fresh when they are taken to your table (we heard them make them). The most important courses in the pictures are Moo Goo Gai Pan, Chicken with Broccoli and Cilantro Chicken. Everybody was so good! But I must say that the Cilantro Chicken dish was the winner with chicken, cilantro, jalapeno and garlic. A great lunch experience! We're coming back! Thank you for a wonderful lunch!"

"My wife and I used to love coming to Dinner Party for dates when we would come back to Athens. Not sure if this was a part of Donna Chang’s having to “cancel” their name or not, but they now have almost no Asian cuisine entrees on their menu. People know of this restaurant because of their history of being one of the only places in five points where you could get good Asian food. We went last night and they did still have all their normal appetizers which was great, but they have taken practically all of their Asian cuisine dishes off of their entree menu other than fried rice. They have a new dish that is some type of fried chicken and the waitress recommended it to go with the fried rice. Terrible decision. This fried chicken was $40 for 7-8 pieces of bone-in chicken (this is not a southern cooking restaurant), a stack of Hawaiian rolls still all stuck together, and a bowl of red cabbage, and it DID NOT go well with fried rice in any way. I felt like I was at butt hutt and was ordering barbecue sandwiches or something like that. All of this to say we were HIGHLY disappointed with the way Dinner Party has changed their whole menu and we will not be returning any time soon."
