"Went here about 2 hours before closing this past Friday 2/12/22 with 3 friends and we were seated quickly. The atmosphere and music was fresh, hip, and you can dress very casual or a little nicer if it?s a date or special occasion. The food was great, not overpriced, large portions, and came out fast! We shared the combo dumplings for the table and for my dinner I added beef to the Szechuan string beans which a lot of restaurants don?t usually do or charge a lot to mix because they consider it two entrees. But they were able to accommodate for just an up charge. It was delicious! Service was good and the drinks were pretty. I?ll definitely recommend to everyone and have to come back next time I?m in Dallas."

"The food was great. Nice variety. I didn't mind tipping when you walk-in to pay. Service was great. Need a lo-mein dish instead of the short noodles but food was good. Spring rolls could be better. Overall I'll be back. Love this place."

"First time trying Wah Wah's. She's expensive. Would I go back, hell yea! I probably would not visit as often because she's expensive. I ordered combination fried rice and an egg roll, it was $17. I normally pay that for two Chinese dinner plates. Her food is good though. It has like a hood flavor to it. When I say hood, I really mean hood. It's so good. That chicken in the combination fried rice was so bomb. I can't explain the taste, so just try it for yourself. It's not in the best of neighborhoods, but that's to be expected in South Dallas. I don't care about all that though, but some people do. I hang in the south so all that is common to me. Her place is small and she's been here for years. Inside she has her wall covered in photos from the years she has been there. I don't like small spaces, so I just called in my order and picked it up. I could never eat on the inside, I'd panic like crazy. Enough talking about Wah Wah's. Just go!"

"Ate outside under canopy on a gorgeous day. Quick and super service throughout our visit. The food was a bit bland. Chicken and broccoli sauce was watery. Chicken cashew had zero nuts in it. I was engaged in a conversation so didn't notice until half way through... will likely visit again for location and atmosphere. But have lowered expectations for food"
