"Today my wife and I was looking for a good Chinese restaurant in the area so we tried out Top China. We purchased the five wings with fried rice and broccoli with garlic sauce for her. I know that sounds normal for a Chinese restaurant but after eating their food was great. Everything was perfect and the customer service was very professional. We recommend Top China if you are in the Fort Washington area!!!"

"Ordered from here on accident but wanted to give it a try. When I walked in it was a young kid at the front arguing with someone on the phone. I Had to wait for him to finish his argument before I could even pay for the food I ordered. After paying I notice multiple flies in their enclosed area. Based on the bad customer service and the flies in their register/food area I just asked for a refund. They tried to still get me to take the food since I had spent 60+ dollars there. But after they realized that I wasn't going to take the food they gave a receipt with my refund."
