"My recent visit to la hacienda left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. From start to finish, it was an underwhelming experience that I cannot overlook. Here are the reasons why I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. First and foremost, the service was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, leaving us waiting for extended periods before even acknowledging our presence. It was evident that they lacked proper training in customer service, as they appeared clueless when we had questions about the menu or needed assistance. Moving on to the food, the quality was far from satisfactory. The dishes lacked the promised flavors and were poorly executed. The presentation was lackluster, with no attention to detail. It felt like they were cutting corners to save costs rather than focusing on delivering a memorable culinary experience. The portion sizes were also noticeably small, leaving us hungry and dissatisfied. Lastly, the pricing was exorbitant for the overall experience we received. Considering the subpar service, mediocre food quality, and lackluster ambiance, the prices were simply unjustified. It felt like a blatant attempt to capitalize on their location rather than offering value for money. Overall, my visit was a major disappointment. The unimpressive service, mediocre food, lackluster ambiance, and unjustifiable pricing all contributed to an unpleasant dining experience. I would strongly advise against visiting this restaurant if you seek a memorable culinary experience or even basic standards of customer service."

"We came in one night and got a complementary wine, which was very welcoming. We’ve enjoyed the food; a fish dish and lasagne with a side salads. Later in the week we came back even though it was very quiet. The quality food was good and the staff again very friendly. We had lasagne again because it was so good. As well as a pizza which was excellent. Thin and good crust and perfect topping. An excellent choice for a bite to eat. You can even see the sunset from the window seat (even with the curtain down)."
