"The bread was cut to 4 not 6 , was sloppy and fell apart when I opened the package. The person serving us was really slow and seemed to hate his job... "This is a sit down restaurant that has take out. There are no booths, only tables. And it is not a buffet. Parking is on the street.It is old and dated. The washrooms are not wheelchair accessible and not that clean either. Our server was good and the food was quick. The portions were a good size and it was very fresh with crisp vegetables. Cannot complain about their food...the prices were reasonable too."

"On the plus side, the toppings are fresh as in all Pita Pits. However, the last two times we have been here they did not offer to grill vegetables, which previously (and at other Pita Pits) was standard practice. In addition this franchise doesn't have the sandwich grill that some others have. Toasting the pita makes it much more special; otherwise you basically have a cold sandwich you could make at home. At least in prior visits they would put the assembled sandwich on the grill, but today the woman behind the counter refused to do that saying they were too busy. There were only 3 other people behind us, and she could have worked on their order while the sandwiches sit on the grill, so it was both perplexing and disappointing. We paid over $16 for two cold sandwiches that we wouldn't have bought in the first place had we known they were going to refuse to toast them. We'll go to the Subway across the street next time: they too have fresh toppings, they cost a little less, and they toast their sandwiches."
