"I've been coming to Angry Garlic for over 5 years, and, a word of caution, they're about to get slammed. Over the past 5 years I have never had a bad experience at Angry Garlic, the food and service have always been exceptional. However, tonight was very disappointing and the owner's presence normally welcome here, is sorely missed as his attention is unfortunately 100% focussed on the smokehouse just a few yards down the road. I sat at the bar where my drinks and food service were subpar. After over 30 minutes of waiting for my food order, which has never has taken longer than 10-12 minutes, I questioned the bartender as to why it was taking longer than normal (I just ate here a week ago). What I received was defiance and an insistence that food tickets normally take more than 30 minutes. No apology, no recognition that something was wrong with their process, but an insistence that I was wrong! She's not very customer focussed and clearly cares more about her own ego than the needs of her customer's. By the way, I still gave her an exceptional tip, even though she didn't come close to earning it. I hope the owner fixes the issue asap, if he does I'll be back, and continue to reccomend it to my family and friends. If not, the experience I had will determine their future, I can't be the only person who's noticed the drop in quality and service since the owners been focused on the smokehouse."

"Yikes. I know I could call and complain, but I don 't feel like they could make it right with out giving me a refund which i 'm sure they wouldn 't do so I figured I 'd leave a review for others to see. To make it short, the garlic parm wings were legitimately just wings with parmesan cheese on them, no taste of garlic. The deep dish grandma pizza was thick bread with cheese and sauce on it. From the description on the menu, i figured it would have a little more zest or herb taste, but it was extremely bland. It looked great as the pictures show! But I 've had deep dish before, and this was pretty bad and honestly feels like they cheated on the legitimate deep dish taste and texture. Felt like i was biting into a loaf of bread with zero flavor. Really disappointed after seeing the great reviews but... yeah never again."

"This was my first time in Tassone's. Unfortunately it was after a mass of a deceased friend. Service buffet style , food was good. I didn't like the lasagna, it looked messy, like over baked , hard to explain so I decided to pass. Other than that, everything was very nice. Probably will try going back under better circumstances . Oh, the servers were excellent."

"The food is great, with a varied selection. But I don't understand why the wait times are high. A bowl of chowder, on the day a chowder contest is being held right outside the restaurant, shouldn't take 20 minutes to be brought out to the table, with the main courses (flatbread pizza and chicken riggies) arriving 30 minutes later."

"The food was very good, but the service was terrible. I'm sure it was just our server because the table had really good service next to us. My son's pizza was served at room temperature as if she had been sitting for a while. The pizzas came out every 15 minutes before the pasta dishes. This is really frustrating when only half the table had food. Then we had to wait 15 minutes to get boxes. I saw our server waiting for other tables after she said she would bring our boxes. The table next to us asked for boxes and their server immediately brought them with boxes. We waited and waited. I wish I had left a smaller tip to show the server that we were unhappy, but we were automatically charged 18% of non-remuneration."

"This place is amazing. I came to visit family in Baldwinsville from Key Largo, FL and we stopped in just to look at the menu and as soon as the door opened, a tidal wave of food aromas hit me. It smells so good inside! They have so many sandwiches to choose and everything is VERY fresh and VERY good quality. They even have salads! I highly reccomend this spot to anyone looking for a good sandwich. The staff were VERY friendly as well. They even set up a table with an umbrella out for us to sit and eat there."

"I'm ordering the smokey hollow camp. Every time I order the pizza and other items will be delivered immediately. The pizza is hot and the garlic bread is also hot. Delivery People are always beautiful and have smiles on their faces. Peter is an exceptional supplier, like Ashlea. My delivery experiences were nothing less than stellar."

"Yes, one star!!!! It doesn 't deserve any stars. What my husband and brother experienced is appalling. Before they can even enjoy golfing together they were already judge on how they would fair on Radisson course. The worker must not know the statement Don 't judge a book by its cover . The gentlemen had a little decency by allowing them to play before a league but it was cut short. He, also, judged them by thinking they 're not good on their words when he was told they 'll pay additional for the remaining 9 holes when they were done. Usually other golf courses are accommodating allowing to pay later; not him. But he was Judging again. Just to make the story shorter. The gentleman, not really, started to swear at them; three times. And talking about them to other golfers. Some golfers were very nice. People have to be careful nowadays in what they say and to stop judging a person that don 't know. Thankfully my husband and brother are respectful. The true definition of 'Gentlemen '. My brother decided a hour later to talk to the guy and left that experience right at the course. The guy never apologize and judged once again that they were going to beat him up. So proud of my husband and brother. Well, please be kind to one another. Always show respect. If not, you might come across the wrong person."
