"This isn't your typical BBQ. Most BBQ in the area is just roasted meat with a sauce to make it good. This is Classic PIT BBQ, which means the meat does the talking, not the sauces. Any sandwich you can eat plain is a great sandwich. That being said they have some nice sauces you can add if you desire (I use them as a dipping sauce for the fries). I have been there 4 times in the past 2 days since they opened. I have tried the Pit Beef, Big John (think sampler of all the meats in a sandwich), and the Reuben. Each of them were superb. The food is on par with the original in Baltimore with the added advantage of not being an hour away. They just opened and are dealing with growing pains, (such as long lines at peak times) but nothing unexpected and they are handling it well. The staff is friendly, well trained and they get the food out quickly and move the line fairly well."

"We had a party of 3 and stopped by Hippy Chick for lunch. The interior is small with little seating capability. They had 1 table with 4 chairs and an umbrella outside on the sidewalk.We looked at the menu and were told they didn't have any soup, and some other items were unavailable. I decided on a spinach pesto wrap. My companions decided to share a Falafel Wrap in addition to a key lime mini dessert. I would say the atmosphere was mostly friendly but not necessarily customer focused.We went outside and sat at the table. It didn't take long for the food to come out. We all thought the wraps were very good. We each had a bite of the key lime it was about 3 inches in diameter) and thought it was good too.My overall impression was that the food was fresh and flavorful, but their attitude was somewhat unattentive. I think the pricing was high for lunch, $44 for 2 wraps and a tiny dessert with tip."

"Got the shrimp pad Thai; it is absolutely horrible. As you can see in the picture the dish is absolutely flavorless and I believe they forgot to add the sauce all together. I’ve been in the past and it is clear that ever since covid the quality of food here has drastically declined. I would not recommend eating here, try Thaimeric down the street; much better quality and flavor."
