"The only thing that kept me from losing my mind, when after waiting two hours and fifteen minutes for a take-out order and arriving at the restaurant only to experience a chinese version of the soup-nazi, was picturing George Costanza at this restaurant losing HIS MIND dealing with the hilarious overblown arrogance of the proprietors of this joke of a restaurant. They were so dismissive and rude when I asked about my very long overdue take-out..... like they were doing me a huge favor.If the food had been great, I would have sucked up the wait but the food was a disaster.... and you better like shrimp, because it was in every dish we ordered and we didn't order any shrimp dishes. The hot and sour soup had shrimp in it.... first time in thirty years of eating chinese food I ever saw shrimp in hot and sour soup.The chicken dish we ordered had shrimp in it, not mentioned on the menu.And the beef dish we ordered, while it didn't have shrimp in it, tasted very strongly of shrimp the next day when we heated up the leftovers.......This is what you get when a place has a monopoly on a single type of food but they don't and I don't know why people act like they do. There's much better Chinese food available just up the street at Best Garden.I'm just amazed that there's not some really killer Chinese restaurants anywhere near us here."

"We always eat to this Ihop location and always gets a bad service. Unfortunately, this is the closest for us. Food here is bad and inconsistent. Sometimes, they cook the hasbrowns crispy and good but often times, they're soaked in oil and soggy! The sausages are also very oily! So what we do, we usually squeeze the oil out and we'll be going through 4 or 5 napkins to squeeze all the oil out!One evening, we went here for early supper because my son wanted their cheesecake pancakes. He pancakes were fine but seems very buttery. Good but you can have clogged arteries! I ordered a tilapia florentine plate. According to the menu: its a seasoned tilapia filet, resting on a bed of spinach tossed in creamy alfredo sauce and served with creamy mashed potatoes and garlic bread. The plate I got had dried mashed potatoes, bland pan fried tilapia and steamed broccoli without garlic bread. So we had to borrow the menu again and showed the server what it says on it. She said, "oh my bad." Took the plate and returned shortly with the same plate but instead of broccoli, it was the spinach with alfredo sauce but still not how it was supposed to be. Also, still missing the garlic bread. So I asked again, then the server brought this buttered toast that tasted bitter! Then she gave us our bill! Oh and they charged us $2 more for that tilapia plate instead of what it says on the menu! So my husband told the server. The server answered like she was irritated, "I'll change that!" Terrible! First of all, if they just made the food the way the menu said..we wouldn't be bothering her a lot! I even just settled with that bitter garlic bread, dry mashed potatoes and bland frozen tilapia! Dont go to this location if you have a choice!"

"This restaurant serves good "Canadian" Chinese food. The entrance way is dilapidated and very cluttered. Recently members of my family have chosen to do take out rather than have to walk through the unappetizing entry way. But once you get in and settled the food is plentiful and tasty and comes hot served by a pleasant waiter. My friend and I often order two of the combination plates to share and one of us always goes home with enough food for another meal. (we should take a third friend) There is parking in the back and on the street. Since they are the only Chinese Restaurant in town I don't think they are trying to attract new customers as they once did. Most of their business seems to be from take out."
