"Well maitained landscaped property. Rooms are good. Stayed at Executive Room 120. Spacious and having a Balcony opening on the Ganges.But internal layout of floors is a mess. Was it designed by an Architect or a Mason ?Front Desk is horrible. When I spoke to them on phone for room but was told nothing is available on given dates. But Kolkata Office provided two Ex Dbl AC Rooms. I made electronic transfer but on arrival the fellow manning Front Desk feinged ignorance. Ultimately found out papers but insisted on production of payment receipts !They even could not tell me what are the nearby places to see. Absolutely blank. The Gardener helped me out. Miserable situation. But all deficiencies are covered up excellent food provided by the Resturant. Though quite pricey, menu is exhaustive and items very testy.Authorities must take stock of services offered particularly by Front Desk.Overall a very enjoyable experience. Good for weekend breaks."
