"Trying Utah BBQ was a stretch for this Texan, but the flavor was absolutely delightful. I had the burnt ends, sausage and brisket. My wife had the chicken and turkey. We were both amazed at the flavor, although it is on the sweet side. They use apple wood and have their own sauces. The sides we had were delicious. If you are in the neighborhood be sure to stop by, you won't regret it."

"Heartbreak at Fong's. I had one of the worst culinary experiences of my life at this restaurant. The dishes lack depth, and you can see how the chef cuts corners to save money. The wait staff is horrible, lacking knowledge of dishes and concern for their patrons. <br br/>There was no consistency with service, as in my appetizers came out minutes apart (after a minute wait in which we were the only family in the restaurant). I ordered the General Tso's chicken, which they advertised as spicy on the menu, and it was sicky sweet. The orange chicken tasted like it was dipped in corn syrup and thrown on the plate. The children ordered chicken nuggets (as kids are wont to do), and their dishes came out about minutes after the adult dishes. After talking to the manager, I decided I would not go back. He looked at me as though I were a problem as opposed to a customer. Bad experience! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! <br br/>Bottom line: This place is horrible! There are other options available within a few miles."

"Read both bad and good reviews so thought we'd take a chance. Was a bit surprised how empty it was considering it was 5:45 pm on a Friday. Service was quick and friendly. A bowl of fried wontons and warm sweet/sour sauce. We ordered cream cheese wontons, lemon chicken, cashew chicken, and walnut shrimp. All came within an expected time. Ten to fifteen minutes. Egg drop soup had plenty of egg and tasted very good. Wontons were very delicious. Walnut shrimp dish was very good! Lemon chicken looked like orange chicken but we were assured it was lemon. The chicken was dry and sadly lacked flavor. No lemon flavor at all. Cashew chicken was one of the best I've had. It's usually my dish to decide if I like the place. Wasn't overwhelmed with vegetables. Good flavor and plenty of chicken. The spring rolls that came with the dishes honestly need more flavor. Just didn't cut it. But the flattened shrimp that came with the dishes was crispy and good. Would we go back? Maybe. Not for the lemon chicken but the others..."

"Great pizza, great service for carry out and dine-in. Best pizza I've since I moved here. The pizza is not your typical pizza hut frozen dough pizza.....Even their pasta dishes are wonderful, and the restuarant decor is nice....better then the generic Utah cookie cutter eatery like so many around."

"I usually love this place but these last 4 times I've attempted to get chicken and waffles I've been told that a too large of a party has come in And they can't take any more chicken orders. This has been 4 different times and occasions. I finally get an order and it's just ashy tasting and breading. Disappointing. It may just be this location. Waffle love usually has top quality ingredients and great service."

"The beehive fried cheese curds were out of this world. The loved the pepperoni pizza with hot honey, wow a def must try! The shaved brussel sprouts were such as treat with the pinyon nuts and lemony vinaigrette. Loved seeing a NM local gruet rose on the menu, a must try if you’ve never had it before"
