"Ate here after our Peru Hop guide recommended it. Food took 40 minutes to arrive in an almost empty restaurant. Lomo was some of the worst I’ve ever seen, small dry, cold bits of beef with large chunks of equally cold tomato and onion thrown on a plate with cold chips and rice. Drinks are quite sizeable and nice though. Would not recommend trying any of the desserts with ice cream though, not even sure I would call it ice cream or just an ice crystal mess with vague flavouring."

"My partner and I did not stay at this hotel but ate there for dinner as they offer vegetarian and began options. My partner ordered a chicken and bacon sandwich and got violently ill within the hour. We were only in Huacachina for 2 nights, and ate there the evening we arrived. Mostly of our only full day there was ruined due to sickness. We had a dune tour in Ica the following evening and the locals gravely warned us to not eat anywhere in Huacachina.... so... be careful."

"We enjoyed a few drinks with a couple on the house ! The lad serving us very graciously told me I was a Hollywood actor so we received another round of drinks on the house after being offered our first for free :) stayed and had a couple of bar snacks and a good quality lomo saltado ... cool place on the oasis !"

"A really cool little restaurant. Great food for excellent value. The filled potato starter was the best, and Chicharon de pollo main was delicious. Good selection of juices. A starter main and juice for 5 people came to less than 50 soles!"

"This place is located in a busy city location and was opposite our hostal. It was recommended by our taxi driver and guide. I missed my Peruvian favorites, Causa, but in the late evening I crossed the street and got...sopa criolla and fried chicken breast for my daughter and me to go. The guy behind the counter was very polite and friendly, and the order took a little what was understandable for the freshly cooked chicken. The chicken was accompanied by good white rice, the usual thick and soggy roasted potatoes (not according to our taste, but still fine) and a few pepper sauces sealed in bound baggies. My daughter liked it. But my goodness, the sopa criolla! Loading with tons of angel hair pasta, delicious meatballs, vegetables (I think) and in an exquisite broth, the taste was truly unforgettable. The next day I chopped there and asked if I go to Café con leche for two, and served the usual setup of espresso, water, concentrated milk and real brown sugar together with a large old liter size container, in which it was to mix my taste, and even brought more milk *and* coffee without even asking me, and of course it was caffeine rich, milk fat rich and delicious dinner. Breakfast options, of course. If you're in Ica, go!"

"The best food is in farjado puerto rico. make it stop for the first time. the freshly caught lobster was grilled to perfection. my son said that he was the best he ever had and we all know how picky children can be. the drinks. are not watered and 1/2 of the price of the resort drinks. Do not miss this place! the personal was also great. I'm sorry, I don't remember her names... the margaritas excellent meal had been!"
