"I came here on a whim and am so glad I did! The flavors are excellent and everything is super fresh--I watched the owner cook the meat and tear up the cilantro specifically for my two tacos! Other positives: filling food, kind owner (he helped me find dairy-free options on the menu), good price, and convenient location right next to an outdoor seating area. Highly recommend!"

"Nothing on the tacos. I was excited for the aioli and I didn’t get it. Also no cheese. And the tacos were so underfilled my girlfriend went “that’s it?” The “taco salad” taste like burger meat instead of taco meat. And the fries were stale and cold which is a toss up between them and the delivery driver, surprising since they are only a couple blocks away. Just seems like there’s no quality control when I’m trying to support a local business instead of something like Taco Bell that gets it right every time. Sad."

"UPDATE:I dined in this time. The service is good, the staff are nice. The place is clean. However, food is awful. I ordered pork buns, JIRO ramen, and DUCK Ramen. The JIRO RAMEN is way too oily and tasteless. There is heat on the broth but no spice. The noodles looks and feels like instant noodles. The noodle and bean sprout ratio is way off. Too much bean sprout than the noodles. The pork bun is good but the pork is too fatty than meaty.So both dine in and ubereat experience is awful.Way too pricey with disappointing taste.I ordered the shareable chicken katsu and I would say that it is not worth $25! The serving is way too small, rice is too spicy, and sauce is just okay.I also ordered kids ramen just to taste their broth but it doesn’t taste good either."

"Just had a pretty unprofessional and off putting experience here.My pregnant wife had a craving for some sweet potato fries, so I thought it would be a good idea to grab some to go across the street from Park Burger, then I’d have a beer at the brewery while my wife enjoyed her fries. We quickly learned that this brewery is not a brewery, but a restaurant first. The lady bartender approached us outside and said that my wife could not eat outside food there because the brewery sells food. She could sit there, didn’t have to order anything, but the only food allowed to be eaten was from the kitchen. Enforcing a policy would be fine but then she continued and said “you wouldn’t bring outside food to McDonald’s would you?” in a patronizing tone which was pretty unnecessary. So we learned that you can have food with you, you just can’t eat it. I didn’t notice any signage indicating as such, and it’s not obvious (or wasn’t to me at least) that the Gates Deli was the same business as Platt Park Brewing Co. Doesn’t matter if you order some other menu item (like a beer).Just seems like a weird hill to die on. So be warned: definitely don’t let your kids bring any ice cream from across the street, or snack on a clif bar after a hike in this brewery gotta order their food. I’ve not been to another brewery like this.The experience was off putting enough that I’ll probably not be back despite living nearby. The beer was pretty good, if expensive, so I’ll give them a star for that."
