"Without doubt one of the best Turkish restaurants in london. almost everything I had was very delicious. the staff is friendly and helpful, but if they are very busy, they must wait to order something else. during the weekend they are very busy and will be better if they have a booking, otherwise they have to wait. the humus was amazing. I'm gonna go. the baklava was in my opinion very expensive £6.50 and it wasn't something special."

"We have been loyal customers of Pra Thai for several years now. The food has always been excellent and the staff have always been lovely when we do in-person take aways. The reason for this one star review is the absolute lack of help from the restaurant when our recent order via Deliveroo went astray. While we understand that this is the fault of the Deliveroo driver, the restaurant still made money off our order. And yet their response to our query was to shut us down entirely, rather than endeavour to resolve the issue. They were unhelpful and truculent on the phone, and I’m afraid have thoroughly put us off ordering in the future."

"I ordered ahead so I could collect but when I got there (and i could see my order was ready) I was the only person there and was ignored by the staff who were just having a chat. Very odd. I had the loaded fries with chick'n and it was good a bit like poutine with the gravy but could have done with more flavour. Also, the extra sauce was expensive."

"Ordered 2 Bacon Cheeseburgers, nuggets and Cheesecake. Both burgers were fairly bland and very dry (practically inedible with adding sauce at home). The chicken nuggets were dry and too firm. The cheesecake was absolutely bangin! But was a TINY slice which is outrageous for the £6.50 price tag."

"Been drinking here for years in the many different bars that have been and gone. However this was the first time I’ve been in KOP and it was great. Decent selection of craft beers and cider and lovely pizzas too. Only had one pint of cider as we had been out all day so were having one before we went home. Will def come back soon. A few beers and a game of shuffle board will be on the cards!!!"

"After many positive reviews of Temple of Seitan my expectations were high. The restaurant is located within a building with other restaurants and two seating levels. The seating area is beautiful and filled with plants. After the order I got a summer to inform me when the order was finished. The employee seemed to have a bad day and was not very honest, but I understand that this can happen. I ordered the Burger temple, which was quite disappointing. The vegan bacon was soft and chewing, without a crack. The fillet was thin and tasty. The bread was not very textured and could be better if it was hand-shaped instead of sucking it only in the bread period, what I suspect is what was done. After working with Seitan in a restaurant in the past, I know that it can taste much better. I had expected the ranch to balance the burger, but it was oversalted. Overall, the burger felt confused and lacked care. While my food came out quickly and the price is relatively good, I wouldn't come back."

"Five buns is located above a pub-turned event room called the macbeth and from outside there are not much signs of it, so they are unlikely to come through. we had a booking for 6 o'clock, but we were in the opposite at 4 o'clock, so we decided to put in the pub for a few drinks before our meal. it is not actually a pub (despite google claims that it is open from 4pm on weekdays), and is now a meeting room. at the first arrival I actually thought that the place had closed and it was only after standing for a few minutes asking what to do that a light came and we realized that someone was inside. we were admitted shortly afterwards and the man (who turned out to be greener) explained that it is actually a meeting room and no pub anymore, and it also turned out that the restaurant itself was only opened for us for our booking and was then closed again. it felt a bit strange in the empty restaurant sitting with only one person who served us first and cook, but he was very friendly and welcoming, and we soon felt more at home. Unfortunately he had not the arancini, wobble rings or sweet potato chips that we hoped to order, but he had the burgers we wanted, and we ordered some other pages instead. we ordered the black jack california burger with “This Isn’t Chicken’ nuggets, chips, 2 kartoffel croquettes and a few additional pots of mayo. the burgers were really delicious – the black jack burger had pulled BBQ jack fruit and was only full of taste, and the california burger had the beyondpatty that I loved and was full of taste. the sides were also really delicious with large portions (including a few extra nuggets clamped free and everything was cooked in an air frit, so was not oily, which was really awesome. the extra pots of the mayo were huge, which was great! the greener was really nice and told us everything about his business and was clearly very proud of his eating that had been made clear with much love. I would recommend to come here as eating is delicious – but it is worth making a booking!"

"Amazing eating, the lemon cheese cake is for dying! so are the fried chicken bites, the chicken burger, the veggie burger, and I could go on! went to archway at several places only to eat at this amazing place, totally worth the tube ride from the tourist places! and it is a good value for money for a so expensive city like london!"
