"Poorly trained staff. The place looks like it’s been built with different constructors and everything is old, scratched and it’s creaky. Creaky doors, creaky beds, creaky floors. Food is not good by any standards and the prices are high. It does have a fussball...and ping pong tables on the bright side. Also some rooms have a nice view. But it seems like the place is going down and they are charging more only to get some money out of it before selling the place."

"I hope you have a great health insurance… I’m gonna skip the small things such as bad cleaning. I ordered a simple pasta carbonara, which I got – with not only one surprise but stones. After I almost broke my tooth I made...the waiters aware of the problem. Only for them to give me a poor apology that not even a dead person would’ve believed. I gave them some time too figure something out minutes went by and nobody was dealing with me as their guest. But hey the sooner the later somebody in the staff dealt with it how I don’t know because they didn’t tell me but my girlfriends mom whom paid. I wish they would’ve communicated with me first of all because I was the guest who complained, seconding all – I’ve a great deal of experience within hospitality management. But I guess that’s the difference between good and bad customer service. I can recommend the owner to train his staff to do better next time so you as a guest don’t have to go through the same **show as I."
