"This was a lovely , little local place. The owners work there every day and were a pleasure to talk to. It is a little expensive but the food quality is good. It was small but there was indoor and outdoor seating. It is decorated rustically and was very homey, warm and inviting. The brownie that we got for a snack was amazing!"

"We eat mainly brot of bread alone. they have a great selection of broths, although I like myself against the whole pasture and the 12 grains plus a seed. nice taste from longer fermentation times and good sourded when that is what they get. I especially like the structure of broth, they find not only in their white broths as they desire, but in all their broths, including with many heavier gran and meal added."

"Came highly recommended. We ordered the calamari and artichoke for appetizer. Both came out hot and calamari were perfectly cooked and tender. The mushroom soup was barely warm. We asked for black pepper and we were given ground pepper in a shaker. Highly unusual to NOT be offered freshly ground pepper. Next we ordered gnocchi which came out in a cold bowl and at room temperature, the fresh tomato was raw but not warm and the cheeses were never going to soften or melt. We sent it back, came back in a hot bowl and thoroughly hot. For the price point the food quality was good, but the kitchen and service was disappointing."

"Stopped in for lunch after hiking in the area for the day. What a great choice! Friendly staff and service. And Tom Yum soup and Larb were very tasty!! Wish I lived nearby to try the other dishes on the menu. Highly recommend!"

"My husband and I live in Red Hook and absolutely LOVE Prime meats in Rhinebeck. The staff is lovely, accommodating, and are always smiling. The only upsetting aspect is the staff continues to ask the owners for a toaster oven because many people enjoy toasted sandwiches. I know many times my family and I have asked for toasted bread and they have accommodated us during a VERY busy rush hour by toasting bread on the panini press (which is now broken . I have heard multiple times from others and the staff that the owners refuse to purchase a toaster because they insist people do not need things toasted. As much as I love Prime meats, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, purchase a toaster AND fix the panini machine. People enjoy toasty sandwiches!! I 'm willing to purchase a toaster oven for the shop myself in lieu of a sandwich because y 'all make amazing sandwiches!!!!!"
