"Lors de mon dernier avis sur Le Pichet au mois de septembre, j'avais marqué que le poulet avait rapetissé... J'y suis retourné 3 fois depuis et le poulet est revenu à une taille respectable ! Toujours aussi délicieux ! J'aurais répondu avant mais je n'ai pas eu le droit de redonner mon avis sur Le Pichet avant 1 mois de la date du dernier avis! Si vous y aller les jeudi, vendredi ou samedi soir, vous aurez de grande chance d'être servi soit par Nathalie, Suzanne ou Marie-Pier, ce qui ne gâche rien... Nous avons commandé du poulet qui était délicieux. Une amie qui nous accompagnait a choisi un steak haché à l'oignon. Elle l'a trouvé succulent ! Ça fait plus de 40 ans que nous allons manger à cette brasserie et nous avons été rarement déçu du service ou de la nourriture. D'ailleurs, si cette brasserie est toujours ouverte après plus de 40 ans c'est justement grâce à sa bonne réputation de bien servir ses clients !"

"So disappointed! Went through the drive through and ordered for 45$ worth of food. We left a tip because it's a new business and encourage local openings. We asked twice if everything in our order was there and they mentioned that everything was. Once arrived at home, all our sauces were missing in our bags so we called back and ask to have a credit of even 5$ for our next order and they refused. They said they can have the driver come 20 minutes away to bring us oursauces which I found was a bit ridiculous since the whole family was already eating. I apologized for making a fuss over sauces but they simple said they couldn't do much more. Well for a new local business I will not order or have takeoutfrom there again."
