"So.. the date is 3rd September 2022. Time was around midnight. The indian guy working there had no patience at all and didn’t know how to serve customers. I entered instead of greeting he said that wait i’m making online order. I was okay and thought he’s busy so never mind. But then i asked for veggie delite and later i wanted to add veggie patty. And I asked very politely if i can get veggie patty also. The guy replied “next time tell before” with a rude expression on his face. Not only this.. when i asked if i can get the sauces in zig zag please… your guy replied “ don’t complain if its messy”.So please teach your staff how to serve customers with positive attitude and patience keeping aside their arrogance. Thanks :"

"Small cafe, very pleasant service, quickly ordered coffee and chicken hamburger, muffins. It's very tasty and positive. The downsides are dirty tables and floors, a lot of garbage and an overflowing trash can right next to the tables, which was not very pleasant. We wiped our own table and sat for quite a long time. At the end of our meeting, workers came and removed everything from the trash can. We may have stopped by during their lunch hour, let's try again. But the kitchen itself was clean and the workers were in clean clothes. We'll come back again, maybe it will be cleaner. In any case, thank you, there was nothing stopping us from sitting and talking over coffee."

"The most incompetent location to order from . 9/10 times they screw up orders. Would give 0 if I could. It’s our local Tim Hortons but each time we go it’s never the right order. Ask for ice water and get hot water in a cup. Ask for one milk in coffee and we get sugar (for a diabetic it’s really not okay)Horrible service. And never the right order requests."

"This is to bring up that this grocery store gave me that wonderful vibe shopping around and a variety of product choices.My only comment goes for the cashiers and staff that act like robots and no feelings.Everytime i go there and come to the cashier no matter how nice I am, I always greet them. They either just nod, smirk or ignore you. I do understand that this year and last year were tough times and I hope that they come to work full of love. I wish that you as the owners and managers have a review of employee 's performances.It 's very uncomfortable with that shopping vibe and ends with mixed annoying feelings these cashiers are giving. Same women and I know their faces. I could name one of the 2. Pamela .It doesn 't hurt to say Have a great day back or you as well, right?Hope this could be a lesson for them.We as customers care about your store. Otherwise you would see them switching to other groceries which would create no jobs for them. You know that.Sincerely,"
