"My wife and I had breakfast this morning. My wife's meal was good, hot and everything she asked for. Mine on the other hand was terrible, i ordered eggs over easy. On yolk was broken and hard the other was just hard, bacon could have been used as a weapon it was that hard. My toast had a little butter in the center of the bread not spread to the edges at alll. I took some of my wife's butter from her pancakes and spread it on the bread but the bread was so cold it didn't melt at all. Terrible meal."

"This location just sucks. TR is easily my favorite place on the planet to to go eat at and everyone that knows me even knows that because I constantly talk about it. This spot though, no. I work out of Sioux City so I'm here. I'm a truck driver and I try to go out to eat at least every other weekend when I'm in town. I think this is the 5th or 6th time I've been to this location and I won't be back. I'll literally go drive to Omaha if I want TR. Every place I sit down and eat at in Sioux City, it's just crappy service. The work ethic in this city sucks when it comes to any type of food service I've had to deal with. Today I ordered an appetizer as soon as I sat down. Then she kept asking me if I was ready to order. Normally, people do not order until they receive their appetizer and that's pretty standard in the restaurant business. I ordered anyways about 10 minutes after sitting down. My appetizer came out at 24 minutes. My main food came out 90 second later. My appetizer was barely even warm. I ordered the fried pickles and they're not really that good unless they're hot. I ended up eating like 5 or 6 of them by that time yeah they were cold. Normally when whoever is the manager is (Supposed to be, or at least other locations do it) walking around asking people how their food is, I would've mentioned that the pickles were not acceptable, but the manager Zach I think his name was on his shirt never even left the inside of the kitchen the entire time I was there excepy for when he walked up and talked to the girls at the hostess stand for a couple minutes. Ok so when my food showed up, my fries weren't there. When I palaced my order I told her that I was going to eat the steak and fries here and take the chicken and mashed potatoes to go. Kinda hard to eat the fries with the steak if there's aren't any fries. I ordered them with bacon and cheese as well and I'm guessing they completely forgot too make them so they just threw them together to get them out and there was next to no bacon on them. You'd think that with the manager standing there in the doorway to the kitchen the entire time I was there that he'd be aware of what's going on in the kitchen.... No I'm going to guess not and I'm going to guess he doesn't even look at the food as it's going out to get served. No he doesn't do that either because I sat there watching what he was doing the entire time I was in there. Lack of training? Poor work ethic? Lazy? I don't normally like writing harsh reviews like this but I expect alot more when I go to TR. I literally left here mad when I walked out the door today. The server was great and she did get a tip from me. If you're reading this and you go out to eat and don't want to tip your server, tip them anyways as it's not their fault most of the time of something gets messed up. Remember in most cases they don't serve you your food or look at it before it's brought out. I left two stars on this because the food was still good regardless of everything else."

"Been there a few times. Service is a little slow. I love the food and atmosphere. Went in today after the rush had gone since we brought the little one. Very bad Idea. Waited 35 minutes to be asked if we wanted drinks by a guy who walked past us 3 times but said he never saw us. Took 11 min to bring them out. 5 minutes later we finally ordered food. Another 10 minutes goes by and the chips and queso arrive with the queso having a crusty cold top. Surrounded by chewy stale chips. Needless to say we waited over an hour and never got our food. No reason to take that long when there are only 4 tables to attend to. So we paid the 12.62 for the chip and well if you can call it queso"
