"Customer service is excellent. We didn?t pay attention to their hours and showed up 20 minutes after they closed and they were welcoming, wanted to serve us even though they had put everything away for the night. Store was clean, meat was great qualitybut what really stood out was how happy they were to help us even though they were closing up"

"Resturant is remodeled. Steves breakfast and more has changed in so many ways, except the price of the food, the amount that you get, and the flavor is still excellent. i was impressed with the new remodel that is happening at this very moment new tile, paint, copper hood, big top tables for big groups, and a new cook. yet steve and betty are still there serving and cooking like it was their home and we are breakfast guests. i am hooked on the food, service, and price in these hard economic times it is nice to go out and be able to afford a good breakfast with my family"

"We made our Open Table reservation, but once we arrived, there was only one occupied table. The table we had reserved however, had a nice reserved placard posted, I suppose in case the place filled up! Our server was very pleasant and attentive. Since this was our first visit, we asked for her recommendations, and received what I believe to be genuine feedback. We had the Bruschetta appetizer, which was excellent. Our entrees were spaghetti and meatballs, and chicken Parmesan respectively. The chicken Parmesan was breaded and fried (as advertised), but surprisingly very light and tasty. It was a huge portion, and the spaghetti it was served on was perfect. The meatballs in the spaghetti and meatballs were plentiful and large. Unfortunately, they lacked much character, seasoning and taste. Again however, the spaghetti was perfect, and the marinara was excellent. Apparently the Chef likes fresh Parmesan cheese, since it was plentiful on both entrees. Very good! Overall, for Springfield, Oregon, inside a Holiday Inn, I would have to say it exceeded my expectations. The prices are very reasonable, and we will definitely return to try some of the different dishes and Pizza."

"How does a pizza place steal two of your pizzas, let me tell you. My wife ordered two pizzas, when we got home we realized we were given the wrong pizzas. I called the store five times, no answer, no voicemail. With no other way to contact the store tomake the correct pizzas, I placed the same order online, paid for it again, and went back to the store to pick up the correctpizzas and get a refund on one of the orders. Long story short, the person working there didn't understand that I paid for fourpizzas, but only wanted two. She took the two wrong pizzas to the back room and said she was keeping them, and then refused toprocess the refund for the wrong pizzas!? She then said she didn't like my attitude for asking for a refund, and called securityon me!? This all went down in about 45 seconds, it's not like we argued for 20 minutes, it was shocking how quickly she wentcompletely nuts. If you designed an employee in a lab specifically to destroy a business from the inside out, it would lookexactly like this person. It's a shame because their pizza is pretty good, but I guess I'm banned for life, so I guess it'spegasus pizza for me."

"The menu is fabulous. We’re looking forward to another visit to try the pasta. We especially liked the Caprese Salad. We shared the Pork Osso Buco alla Milanese, meant to serve two. It was very a very generous serving. The polenta was a bit too cheesy ha! Never thought I’d say that. The pork shank was delicious"
