"Food was nice, pre booked and went for lunch table of 7. Service could have been better, a drinks order was forgotten and we had to request to ask about deserts. They didn't do coffees or hotchoc either and after a long wait this was all we wanted. When coming to pay the bill, this had to be paid at they bar and they couldn't offer a print out which when In a big group isn't very convenient. Nice little pub with lovely atmosphere but more could be done customer service wise"

"We had such a delightful time at the Hotel Restaurant. We all tried different things and each were so great we are going back again. The braised brisket over polenta was deep in rich flavor. The braising and smoking made this a powerful flavor of depth. It was the favorite. The pork schnitzel was also delicious. It was crispy yet moist and tender and the accompanying broccoli was perfect. Our waiter could not have been sweeter. She was helpful, attentive and very fun. She helped direct us also to some fun hikes. Oh... don't forget to try the carrot cake. Big enough easily for two. So good."

"Horrible customer service, the branch manager Reggie tried to get my husband to float our card twice, he said it wasn't going through, my husband showed him on our bank account that it had already blown through. He refused to give us our piazza and said he had to float again to get the pizza. My husband had to stand there for 30 minutes and call the 1800 Papa John's number and tell the manager that the payment was processed. Reggie doesn't even apologize for the inconvenience. He was a JERK. Called District Manager Cathy and everything she had to say was regrettable, not what we can do to make it right, or just excuse everything and that was the end of the conversation."
