"Sofra is one of the busiest restaurants on the Main Street in Toowoomba. If you didn’t book ahead, your chance of getting a table is Almost as slim as dating Victoria Beckham and having her pay for your meal. I would say this is the most authentic Turkish cuisine you can get in Toowoomba, considering I believe the Turkish community in Toowoomba is not that high. But don’t get me wrong, the food was really tasty and delicious. The meat was as juicy as you can imagine. Staffs were super friendly. Super hard working, they will greet you the moment you walk in, the food serving speed was insane (how did the kitchen do it so fast Overall, i genuinely loved it."

"Had an absolute amazing experience thanks to Eli turner. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. The attention to detail and level of professionalism was outstanding. Went there for a couple of drinks this afternoon and was overcharged (Should have cost $16, was charged $20) Upon telling the lady behind the counter, she sounded kinda annoyed that we were asking, and said some prepared apology about how "its a weird thing" and the menu has a misprint and the drinks are actually more expensive than priced on the menu. A couple of things a) It's not hard to change the prices on the menu or reprint them. or simply stick to your menu prices. b) If you're not willing to change the menu- communicate the price change to the customer. She then refunded us $2 of the $4 we should have got back, because the glass was bigger than usual (Never asked for a size, asked for a glass). Even though the two options on the menu were "Glass" and "Bottle" so the size shouldn't have mattered. All round unimpressed. Won't be returning any time soon."
