"Ordered delivery directly off of their website and did not receive the order. After calling an hour and a half into waiting, they told me it had yet to be picked up by an Uber driver. We did not order through Uber at all, so I was told to just come pick it up. I did this, and was told in person that they do not offer delivery outside of Uber, yet their website gladly took my money and placed the order for delivery, receipts and all. I tried emailing the company to figure out how to get the delivery fee refunded, but have yet to hear back. It's unfortunate because the food was delicious, albeit a little pricey. It would be a 5 star review otherwise."

"We went 4 people to eat for 60€. dishes are not very blunt for the price they have, but it is normal in the area. the best is the kombucha glass, which can be filled as many times as you want."

"So, firstly, I had no idea Lord of the Fries was all vegetarian, and with its location on Chapel St next to many bars and clubs, this may need to be more prominently advertised.In saying that, my burger, the Spicy, was delicious, the flavours were really nice, and despite missing the crunch of a real burger, I would have it again. My disappointment was with the chips.Although others have said the chips were really good here, maybe mine was a once off but they were actually bad, with little flavour and definitely not fresh. My opinion, if you are doing vegetarian burgers and want to get other customers besides vegetarians, nail the chips."

"The chips were soggy and greasy (all 3 lots that we bought, 2 by themselves and one in a munch box), for a business named after fries this was really disappointing :/The burgers were bland and unappetizing as well, especially the Poutine which got binned after 2 bites, everything was also quite small and expensive (They weren't kidding when they said the $5 burger was "mini"!)The one positive experience was the Onion Rings - tasted great! They were pretty oily too, but at least the flavour was there.1/10 would definitely never eat here again."
