"This place has some really great breakfast tacos! I haven't had anything else but I'll definitely be back for the lunch menu. Very fairly priced, especially if you need 20+ tacos. "I am a big fan of shopping local and supporting my local businesses. We wanted to try this place for quite sometime. The food truck was in front of the owner's house. I opted for Chilaquiles. Perhaps I am a little spoiled from eating Mexican food growing up in San Antonio. This plate did not come with any tortillas at all. I know some places will offer it with and some will not. I thought I would have at least gotten two to make Chilaquiles tacos. The traditional Chilaquiles does not come with eggs because that is Migas. The corn tortillas were cooked, but soggy. I had hoped they would have smothered them in some sort of sauce. They were just in the box with shredded white cheese on top that was not even melted. The refried beans were bland. The potatoes were crispy, but did not have enough seasoning. They did give me two pieces of bacon that was excellent. The salsa was flavorful and not too spicy. I had hoped for a little more with my Chilaquiles. Perhaps, this is the way Susy's serves it. The food was descent, but could have a bit a tad bit better."
