"Food was very very good, especially the Hoss breakfast. Limeades were really good too. It was a little busy but we were not acknowledged after seating for nearly 30 minutes and we debated leaving. Once things started rolling the service was decent but still slow. Would be a 5/5 with more attentive"

"What could have caused a really bad experience of your hostesses turned out to be really good. We were told that our table was ready to wait after 30 minutes and then was pushed for a big group. We were three at our party. The hostess said she would try to get another table quickly. 10 minutes later there was nothing yet and she said there was another big party waiting to sit on an empty table. I went and asked for a manager and the hostess disregarded me and ignored me. So I went and found help at the bar. Bernie and Julie quickly answered our table. They quickly finished our table and worked hard to make sure we take care of it. This was our first time in La Hacienda and we were very close to going and never back again. You have a great staff in Julie and Bernie. The food was great too! Very tasty and appetizing."
