"We stopped at Techinanco for lunch on the way back from Teotihuacan. We were a group of 22 friends, and I was a little concerned that we would overwhelm them with such a big party, but the sisters, as they are known, have killed us very much and cooked us a good meal. I had the Chile relleno de tres quesos. I rarely order Chile relleno because it can be terrible if not done properly; this was perfection. My partner asked one of the sisters what was best on the menu, and she told him the mule negro with huitlacoche. He ordered it, and after that he said it was the best mole he ever had, and one of the best things he had on our trip. Techinanco was a big hit with our party. Very recommended."
