"Good option for a quick bite if you are tired of the normal burger joint. Have to eat it soon after ordering because hard shells turn to mush since the meat is so greasy and don't stray far from a bathroom about 30 mins after eating, you are going to need one. Quality has gone way down in the past 5 years. Use to love it and eat it all the time but now it's like once every 2 months."

"I'm normally the biggest advocate for Taco Bell...but to literally chew out a piece of plastic longer than half the burrito and get offered $1.69 back and be told that that is the best they can do is an embarrassment. I've spent way too much money here already...never again at this location."

"I flew through the ride today. I have a burrito, a baja case, chips and nacho cheese. When I got my bag, I saw everything was there. (You're bad at letting things out of your order) I noticed everything was in the bag, but the Nacho cheese was spilled out of the bottom of the bag. I told the young lady in the window. She gave me another cheese sauce and also accused me!! She said it was 55 cents. I couldn't believe she was charging me for something I had already paid for, and would not be able to eat. I gave her a dollar and drove away."
