"The hamburger was very good. Unfortunately one of the employees made a comment to one of the female customers under his/her breath. The gentleman with the customer demanded to speak to the employee. The manager then intervened, after hearing thecomplaint went back and spoke to the employee. Returning to the customer basically saying that?s not what was said. Twothings here, I witnessed the employee that had the complaint made to him/her take an order prior to this complaint with veryrobotic motions, no personal greeting or thank you. Second, the manager should have never went to the employee and came back toreport to the customer what he/she claims he/she said. The manager should simply say, I apologize, I?ll take care of it and I?llspeak to the employee about the complaint in private. I did enjoy the burger but the employees are all very young and needadditional training."

"When I tell you we had the best time here!! We drove down for my sons birthday and decided to eat here!! Africa the hostess was the BEST!! Her spirit is amazing and she made our evening one to remember. Thank you! When we visit Florence again we will be stopping in to see if she is there!!"

"It’s always something with this Wendy’s. Stopped going as much because you sit at the drive-through forever, and today was no different. Went by there and began to order my food just to be put on hold, without even being told to hold on, just for the employee on the other end to tell me to wait one second, after I said “hello”. I am still at the drive-through waiting to be serviced meanwhile I look over and not one, but FOUR employees are outside with the hood of a car popped up as if they were trying to fix the car. All while me and other cars are in line still patiently waiting. After a couple more minutes, I finally just decided to pull off just to see another worker at the drive-through window eating. Smh new employees needed!!!!!"
