"The Food is great and the prices are phenomenal, but the only problem is the employees. When ever the man who?s the owner/ manager isn?t around, the employees always have a bad attitude and don?t care for the customer. Now when the manager was around then I started to see the employees perform in a professional manner. The employees just need to understand that customer service is in the job description, regardless of if they don?t want to work there. I really enjoy the food here, but the attitudes really make me want to leave."

"This place is wrecked with employees who have no customer service. they are not Chick-fil-A material. they gave me the product that was not fresh, and when I brought the attention to a team supervisor, she said that I would not like the pub burger I would never get that I say that the people did not get it. I don't know why they order it. I cracked this whole week and when I was not satisfied with the quality and fresh, I hoped to replace it for a dave 's double. She told me, but I have to pay for it, even if the other one was not a fresh bun. she said we don't get many customers so we can order everything. I said. Look at the parking lot above the road at Chick-fil-A they seem very busy and you only have me inside. - I don't want to."

"On busy days I expect service to be delayed. On this particular visit I'm not sure if they were under staffed but service time was excessively loooooong.It took more than 45min for me to receive my meal it was not hot and over cooked however on the remake the steak was excellent with very little wait time. Server was moving too slow for the volume of business that was in her section."
