"I ordered online, which seems to be the only option now as they never answer the phone. The order confirmation email gave an estimated time but stated it would send texts as updates on the order and delivery. I didn’t receive 1 text from them. For the hour and a half I was waiting for the food, I tried to ring them numerous times to see if there was any update. Not one call went through to them, it was as if it was always engaged. On the order I also requested that they add more sauce to the pad thai as the last few times I got it, it was very dry and tasteless. When the food arrived, there was definitely no extra sauce, it was even more dry than before. I had ordered a hoisin dip which helped, but €2.50 for a tiny dip!! There was only 1 prawn in it too. You wouldn’t mind paying for good food and customer service, but Sanuk has gone down hill big time! Another customer lost!!"
