"I am in restaurants over 200 times a year. I have never had an experience as bad as tonight. It was for a 50th birthday. We got at the restaurant at 7:00. The birthday girl got to the restaurant at 7:30. Our orders weren’t taken before 8:30. We received our meal at 10:15, the owner never came out to see if everyone was ok. When he did come out, he went and see his wife (who was part of the guests) and acted as nothing was. Laughing and smiling. This is the worst. I will never come here ever again."
