"Famous Amos is a home cooking place but when you compare it to Cracker Barrel there just isn't a comparison. Cracker Barrel is better by far. It's pretty dirty here and the waitresses act like you are bothering them. I ordered eggs and toast and the eggs had little black things in them like it was the burnt stuff off the grill. Just gross. I asked for an omelet but the waitress looked at me like I was crazy so I ended up just ordering them hard. My husband ordered pancakes and they turned out all funky shaped. Just not good and we won't be back."

"If you don’t want food poisoning, I would advise you to stay far away from this place. This was by far the worst fast food I have ever ordered in my life. The service was horrible as well. The chicken tenders were old and hard, the burger was old and hard and not even edible. It also had a sour odor."

"I had to wait about 15 minutes to get my burger and it was a mushroom onion cheeseburger. They were made of Swiss cheese I don't understand, these restaurants run out of things they need, especially if they are still in the grocery store, but the burger was moderate. I ate only half of it and the second half was much better than I heated it at home the next day. Your pizza is great. But if you don't want a whole pizza and you need to calm down for a burger, I'd say go somewhere else."

"Very poor service. My burgers we're not worth the wait time. The French Fries tasted as though they were cooked in old, used grease from a prior day, having gone cold and reheated for the present day. In addition, I would suggest that an inspection be made by code enforcement to confirm the sanitary condition of their facility. Menu is overpriced. I have learned my lesson and will not again waste my money there, when hundreds of better places are available in Jacksonville FL. to choose from. I simply cannot recommend them to others and do not regret my evaluation."
