"We went there as a family, and have been very impressed by the quality of food and staff in the restaurant. The staff was lovely and very attentive they made sure we were comfortable at all times. We ordered prawns and ‘mixed meats/fish’ curries....The food was the best Indian food we have eaten for years! The prawns were big, moist and perfectly cooked, the mix of spices (in our different curries) wonderfully aromatic, and curries were made on the ‘less spicy side’ for the kids (they woofed it). Highly recommended this is a gem."

"We called in for a cuppa and cake mid afternoon. We were made welcome and invited to inspect the cakes before ordering. The caramel sponge was a delight, but high in sugar and calories. Well, once in a while ...! The other half said the...rocky road was good, too. There is a limited menu of all day and lunchtime snacks, which would be sufficient for most people."
