"Amazing food and fast service. Definitely a place I will visit again. The beef rendang was a perfect blend of taste and spice and the beef was tender, a nice touch with the rice in a box. Excellent service as I was taking away and it only took them around 5-7 minutes."

"It was my first time in Wellington and I found the place on Zomato. Decided to try it and as soon as I got in, the manager (i think) greeted me. The servers were nice and I loved that I could see the kitchen. Decided on mushroom risotto and seafood chowder. I loved them both just less potatoes on the chowder. Will definitely recommend the place to everyone I know."

"Limited menu options for vegetarians the Annan vege has no rice or noodles and doesn't have enough broth to go with either. The duck curry is ruined by the pineapple despite being advised by the waiter (who apparently also hates pineapple) that it is delicious. Only upside are the cocktails that are fantastic."

"If you're looking for a nice dinner look elsewhere. Not an insult at all but a warning. This place is the best BYO I've ever been to. For uni students/whatever it is brilliant. Been to byos in Wellington, Dunedin and auckland but this is easily the best. Bringing out the karaoke at 9.30 is a stroke of genius. The foods good and reasonable, as is corkage. All I can say is that we had a reservation at 7.30, it's now 11 and it's still pumping."

"Asian fusion, but not as you know it. Dragonfly offers a diverse menu, with tempting mains and share plates. I opted for some small dishes, as I didn't have a large appetite. Potatoes in a coconut sauce was new for me, and surprisingly it worked very well. Excellent cocktails. Professional and prompt service throughout the night."

"(Food: 5 stars) (Atmosphere: 4 stars) The menu is changing soon but I want to rave about this place!<br/ <br/ Thursday Tito Mule Pitcher: for $15 the pitcher serves 2 drinks. Compared to the $9/10 happy hour cocktails around town we felt this was a lovely bargain.<br/ <br/ Hand stretch flatbread: it had a great crisp around the edges and the serving was generous. The pumpkin/feta spread was delicious. <br/ <br/ Pappardelli with duck ragu: my partner couldn't stop talking about how great this was. The duck was rich and the robust sauce paired well with it.<br/ <br/ Cheddar potato bake side: the serving size was good for one hungry person. The cubed potatoes were soft, the sauce was light yet creamy, and the breadcrumbs baked on top were delicious.<br/ <br/ Chicken and carrots: again, just absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. I loved the gravy that accompanied this.<br/ <br/ Brussel sprouts, apple, and bacon side: this could serve 2 people. I was surprised how generous this serving was. These were the highlight of my night.<br/ <br/ Service: my reservation was lost to them despite having confirmation from the website. Luckily we went at 6PM on a Thursday so we were able to sit. Our waiter/bartender was great. <br/ <br/ We used the Wellington entertainment book to save 25% and will definitely be back.<br/"

"Definitely recommended South Indian restaurant. Dosa was good, completely authentic. Liked the chutneys as well but not the sambhar. Chicken Mappas curry was too good, definitely recommended, garlic porotta was perfection. Best was their mouth fresher, saunf. Over all, good dining experience, worth the money :"

"The mother of all microbreweries- these guys got the ball rolling with the microbrewery trend sweeping Wellington at the mo. Excellent beers- they certainly do not stop short on pulling the punches on flavor! Strong hoppyness, or sharp tartiness, even spicy! Daring and bold, one of their stouts feature oysters. Another pilsener features coriander and habanero chili flakes, and the real habanero as well! This will sound clichéd, but these guys dare to go where no man has gone before."
