"The tea shop is part of the beautiful art and craft Watts Gallery. It serves lunch and tea options and some decent vegan dishes. It is a favorite with art lovers, locals and well-married pensioners who can be baked a bit sharply when it comes to getting a table. I visited a busy Friday lunch and enjoyed one of two remaining vegan offers: the hummus and salad sandwich (the other is a veg soup). The sold-out articles contained a veg chili and roasted veg salad. They also offer vegan cakes. I had not expected much, but the sandwich was packed with veg, well fed, on chunky granary bread and with a dressed salad garnish. Tasting and filling. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area or are looking for a cultural day in the landscape of Surrey."
